When you plan a building or a space, you can plan it consciously with well-being in mind!
I am an architect and interior architect with a particular interest in how building environments can promote health and well-being.
I am certified as WELL AP and have been a member of Well Mind Advisory 2022.
I take into consideration how buildings affect our physical health, but most of all how they affect our mental health, which I base on main theories and research in environmental psychology and human-science informed architecture.
